Donation Requests

Seeking donations from Beerenberg to assist with your community fundraising?

Beerenberg is committed to serving our local community and in 2010 we established the Beerenberg Foundation as the philanthropic arm of Beerenberg Pty Ltd.  Its purpose is to conserve and celebrate Hahndorf’s natural, built and cultural heritage.  For details on projects we’ve funded, click here.

In addition to applications to the Beerenberg Foundation, we receive hundreds of requests each year for donations from community groups.  In order to manage this volume, we adhere to these guidelines when handling requests:

- We will donate Beerenberg products for the purposes of community fundraising, but not cash.

- Community groups in Hahndorf and immediate surrounds will take priority over groups from other areas.

- All requests will be considered against other requests received at the same time.

- Requests should be emailed to Sally Paech on sallyp@beerenberg.com.au.   Please clearly state your group's name and purpose, specific fundraising details and timing for the donation.

- Due to the high number of requests received, it is not possible to reply to everyone.  Therefore, if you don’t receive a reply within one week, then we are unable to fulfil your request this time.
