PROFESSIONAL COOK
Casual Position
We need someone who loves our products and wants to be part of our team that makes them. You’ll be working in our farm kitchen (it’s in that big green shed at the end of the Hahndorf main street). Here's a photo of everyone waiting for you to come and work with them.

What does the job entail?
You’ll be one of a small team of cooks.
You’ll help to carefully prepare the ingredients for the products.
Then you’ll cook it. We have been doing this for a while, so there’s detailed work instructions for you to follow.
Of course, then you’ll fill out all the necessary documentation to record what you’ve done.
What experience do you need?
The key things you’ll need are a really great attitude, some experience in a similar job and a good sense of humour.
Physical fitness is really important, because there is some heavy lifting involved.
Sometimes the production schedule gets hectic, so doing things efficiently and within set timeframes is vital (no time for messing about).
You’ll need to be flexible with your working hours because sometimes things just need to get done.
If you know what HACCP and GMP are, and you’ve worked in these environments before, this is helpful.
If you’ve got a forklift licence, that’s a plus too.
