Apple Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
180g can tuna, drained
1 head lettuce, torn
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
100g chopped black olives
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
3 tbs Beerenberg Ranch Dressing
Method:
In a medium bowl combine tuna, lettuce, apple, celery, olives, cheese, egg and dressing.
Toss until well blended. Serve chilled.
