Apple Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 180g can tuna, drained

  • 1 head lettuce, torn

  • 1 apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped

  • 100g chopped black olives

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped

  • 3 tbs Beerenberg Ranch Dressing


Method:

  1. In a medium bowl combine tuna, lettuce, apple, celery, olives, cheese, egg and dressing.

  2. Toss until well blended. Serve chilled.
