Beerenberg Potato Salad
Ingredients:
4 Large Potatoes
100g Ham
2 Eggs Hard Boiled
Beerenberg Bavarian Mustard
Beerenberg Ranch Dressing
Caraway Seeds
Method:
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes
Boil the diced potato until just cooked (Do not over cook)
Allow the potato to cool.
Place the potatoes into a bowl and added the Ham which has been diced and the hard boiled eggs, also diced. Mix with a spoon.
Add a tblsp of mustard and about half a 250ml bottle of ranch dressing to the potato salad. Add a tsp or two of caraway seeds, mix well.
Chill and Serve.
