Beerenburgers
Ingredients (Makes 6-8):
1 tsp Beerenberg Crushed Garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
6 - 8 hamburgers buns
1/2 cup Beerenberg Tomato Sauce
500g lean beef mince
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Tomato, beetroot, pineapple, avocado, lettuce, cheese, bacon, egg
Method:
In a bowl combine the minced beef, onion, garlic, parsley, Tomato Sauce, egg and breadcrumbs. Season to taste and mix well.
Mould into 6-8 even shaped burgers.
Barbecue or pan-fry the burgers for around 5 - 7 minutes each side, turning only once.
Serve the burgers on the hamburger bun with your favourite salad ingredients. Top with a generous serve of either Beerenberg Tomato Sauce or Beerenberg Barbecue Sauce.
