Boston Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Two boned out chickens.

  • Select Beerenberg products.

 

Method:

  1. Cover the inside of one chicken with Beerenberg Red Wine & Garlic mustard.

  2. Place the second chicken inside the first.

  3. Cover with your choice of Beerenberg products:

    Redcurrent Jelly

    Cranberry Sauce

    Tomato Chutney

    Hot Tomato Chutney

  4. Place Pork Fillet inside.

  5. Roll together.

  6. Cover base with Red Wine & Garlic mustard

  7. Add oil.

  8. Cook in a Webber barbeque for 3 hours.
