Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
2 - 3 taco shells per person
Taco seasoning
600g chicken tenderloins
1 tbs oil
shredded lettuce
sliced tomato
grated tasty cheese
Beerenberg Tomato Chutney
Method:
Combine the seasoning mix with the sliced chicken in a large bowl. Toss to coat the pieces evenly.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning, for 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Fill the taco shells with lettuce, tomato, chicken and grated cheese and top with Tomato Chutney. For those who like a bit of spice, try the Hot Tomato Chutney.
