Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 3 taco shells per person

  • Taco seasoning

  • 600g chicken tenderloins

  • 1 tbs oil

  • shredded lettuce

  • sliced tomato

  • grated tasty cheese

  • Beerenberg Tomato Chutney

 

Method:

  1. Combine the seasoning mix with the sliced chicken in a large bowl. Toss to coat the pieces evenly.

  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning, for 4 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Fill the taco shells with lettuce, tomato, chicken and grated cheese and top with Tomato Chutney. For those who like a bit of spice, try the Hot Tomato Chutney.
