Creamy Berry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
200ml sour light cream
1 cup Beerenberg Strawberry Dessert Sauce
150ml evaporated milk, chilled
Method:
Mix sour cream with the Strawberry Dessert Sauce until thoroughly blended together.
Whip evaporated milk with electric beaters until thick and frothy. Gently fold into the strawberry mixture.
Pour into a freezer container and freeze for 2-3 hours or until frozen around the edges. Whip again with electric beaters. Freeze overnight before serving.
