Gypsy Roast
Ingredients:
Beerenberg Tomato Chutney.
Beerenberg Red Wine and Garlic Mustard.
Beerenberg BBQ sauce
Meat of your choice
Method:
Lay out the first layer of meat.
Cover with hot or regular Tomato Chutney.
Place next layer on top.
Cover with Red Wine and Garlic Mustard.
Add Sundried tomatoes.
Roll layers together.
Baste with Beerenberg BBQ sauce mixed with a small amount of red wine.
Cook in Webber BBQ for 30min each kg.
