Raspberry Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
Chicken wings
350g Beerenberg Raspberry Jam
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C. Line two baking trays with aluminium foil.
Combine the raspberry jam, balsamic vinegar and crushed pepper in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until smooth.
Mix the chicken wings with half the jam mixture in a large bowl.
Place on baking trays and bake for 50 minutes.
Turn over wings and brush with the remaining jam mixture. Bake for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
