Raspberry Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings

  • 350g Beerenberg Raspberry Jam

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line two baking trays with aluminium foil.

  2. Combine the raspberry jam, balsamic vinegar and crushed pepper in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until smooth.

  3. Mix the chicken wings with half the jam mixture in a large bowl.

  4. Place on baking trays and bake for 50 minutes.

  5. Turn over wings and brush with the remaining jam mixture. Bake for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
