Special Takatala Hotpot
Ingredients:
500g Pork fillets or lamb chops
65ml Beerenberg Tomato Chutney
100g Butter
65ml Beerenberg Takatala Marinade
3 bananas Sliced
125 fresh cream - whipped
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Cut meat into 1 inch cubes.
Heat butter.
Fry fillets until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer into an oven proof casserole dish.
Fry banana slices in remaining butter and add to meat.
Fold whipped cream, Takatala and chutney together.
Spoon mixture over meat and bananas.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
