Takatala Mince
Ingredients:
250g Pork or Beef Mince
1 small onion chopped
2 small potatoes - peeled and chopped
1-2 tbs cooking oil
1 slice of bread
1 tomato chopped
30ml of water
1/2 cup of boiling water
2 medium carrots - peeled and grated
3 tbs Takatala Marinade
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Heat oil in frying pan, add onion and fry until golden brown.
Add mince and fry until cooked through.
Soak bread in water then crumble with a fork into the meat mixture.
Add rest of ingredients, stir, bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins.
Stir occasionally.
