Takatala Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 500g Pork Spare ribs

  • 65ml red wine

  • 60ml vinegar

  • 125 ml Beerenberg Takatala Marinade

  • 60ml orange juice

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Method:

  1. Place spare ribs in an ovenproof dish. 

  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour onto spareribs. 

  3. Cook in a moderate oven until meat is tender.

  4. Turn meat over during cooking.
