Takatala Pork Spare Ribs
Ingredients:
500g Pork Spare ribs
65ml red wine
60ml vinegar
125 ml Beerenberg Takatala Marinade
60ml orange juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Place spare ribs in an ovenproof dish.
Mix all ingredients together and pour onto spareribs.
Cook in a moderate oven until meat is tender.
Turn meat over during cooking.
