Pick Your Own

The strawberry season has now finished, so unfortunately you are not able to pick your own at the moment. We are now busy planting new strawberries ready for the next season which will start in October.

Pick your own has been running continously (in season) at Beerenberg since 1975. We pioneered this concept in South Australia. It is a tremendous way of having a wonderful day out on our farm, picking your own beautiful, fresh strawberries.

How do I pick my own?

The Strawberry season is October to May (the warmer months of the year).

Go to the Beerenberg shop first.
The shop is open everyday (except Christmas day) from 9am to 5pm. Pick Your Own open 9am to 4.15pm.
Container supplied at the Beerenberg shop.
It is $3 (inc GST) to get into the strawberry patch for persons over 14 years of age.
For organised groups of children (eg. school groups, camps, etc.), Beerenberg can supply a small punnet for each child to fill at a cost of $3.50 per child (includes entry fee). Bookings for groups essential ph 8388 7272.
Price varies from season to season but is usually around AUD $9.00 per Kg.
One adult entry fee refunded for every 2 kgs picked and paid for in a single transaction.
